Welcome to MASL!
Our research aims to improve the mobility of people who experience neurological impairment. Our approach to investigating human movement is undertaken from a neuromechanical perspective, i.e. the union of neurophysiology and physics.
We focus specifically on developing accurate assessments and therapeutic tools using functional electrical stimulation for standing, walking and adapted exercise.
